Neal Paye (Steve Martin), a successful urban advertis– ing executive is on his way home from NewYork to Chicago to spend Thanksgivingwith his family. Unfor– tunately, he runs into a big blob called Del Griffith (John Candy) who causes despair and disaster for Neal, and also drives him crazywith his determination to be helpful. There should be a government health warn– ing on people like Del Griffith. Will Neal make it home for Thanksgiving? Watch the film and you will see. It's a hilarious comedy and Steve Martin is excellent.
