We found it a very well run and well organised establishment, the service being both efficient and pleasant. The Bar, the table-tops and ashtrays, etc. were gleaming. The gantry is very well stocked and the price-list clearly displayed. A good pint of beer ·cost 70p and spirits 66p. Toilets were clean with soap, towel, etc. supplied. A nice place, we enjoyed our visit but once again we were disappointed that there was no pub-grub available.
